Crytek lanzó esta semana dos parches para Crysis Remastered en PC y Nintendo Switch. Hoy, los jugadores de PC recibirán una actualización que incluye el regreso del nivel clásico Ascension, donde los jugadores pilotean un MV-24H Vulture VTOL fuera de la isla. El parche también agrega asistencia de puntería para controladores de gamepad, optimizaciones de subprocesos múltiples, mejoras de rendimiento, mejoras de trazado de rayos y múltiples correcciones de errores.

El 16 de diciembre, el sexto parche para la edición de Nintendo Switch de Crysis Remastered agregó Parallax Occlusion Mapping (POM), una función visual avanzada para gráficos mejorados, y aumentó la resolución dinámica del juego de 720p a 900p en modo acoplado. La actualización también agregó la opción de alternar el desenfoque de movimiento y ofrece múltiples mejoras y correcciones de rendimiento.
