AMD ha lanzado un “nuevo” set de drivers WHQL que corrige problemas con la actualización de drivers y un bug que ocasionaba que al usar una configuración personalizada en el panel de control de Radeon, haciendo que el consumo en reposo sea mayor de los que debería ser.

Al igual que los 15.11.1, este set incluye problemas de flickering que venían molestando en juegos recientes como Just Cause 3 (corrupicón texturas) y Star Wars Battlefront (los mapas de nieve). Aquellos configuraciones Crossfire estarán contentos de saber que este nuevo set también mejora el uso de GPU. Así que no bajaron los 15.11.1 y juegan a algunos de los juegos mencionados, deberían poner estos drivers.

Aquellos que aún están jugando Fallout 4 no están muy contentos con AMD, dado que el problema de flickering en la brújula aún no ha sido resuelto a pesar de que en las notas de los cambios afirme lo contrario. Para empeorar las cosas, el bug de los clocks que es ocasionado al mover el slider de la memoria en el panel de control de AMD, aún no ha sido solucionado. Tampoco se han arreglado los crashes en Dirt Rally, la baja performance en Elite Dangerous al usar el modo Supercruise, ni se ha agregado el soporte Crossfire para Rainbow Six Siege. Los groseros problemas con FreeSync y Crossfire tampoco han sido corregido.

La lista sigue de problemas sin solucionar cada vez se hace más grande, y la de problemas resueltos en este caso de los 15.12 aporta demasiado. En definitiva y como es costumbre, los 15.12 WHQL prácticamente corrigen poco y nada, y nuevamente dejar un sabor amargo para los usuarios de AMD.
